For airport pickups, we track your flight in real time. We allow all passengers a maximum of 60 minutes from the time the flight actually lands to meet their driver. After this period, waiting time may be charged. If you need a deferred collection time, please note this when booking — however, no additional waiting time is included beyond the requested period.
Yes. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your journey start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total fare. For no-shows, the full amount is charged. To cancel, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
