Are your prices fixed or metered?

Your quoted journey fare is fixed for the route and vehicle you book. Selected extras are shown before payment. Additional stops, route changes, parking and waiting beyond the included period may cost extra; contact us to agree any changes.

How do you calculate the price?

The quote uses your route distance and the selected vehicle tariff. Passenger and luggage capacity, return travel, selected extras and any applicable special date rates are reflected before checkout. Example fares are a guide; check your journey total before paying.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight and adjust your airport collection for flight delays. Your included waiting period is 60 minutes from the actual landing time. Waiting beyond this is charged from £10 per 15 minutes. Contact us if baggage or border checks take longer. Flight tracking does not mean unlimited free waiting; any extra waiting or parking charges will be explained before they are incurred.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancel at least 48 hours before scheduled pickup for a full refund with no cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Email the team with your booking reference and call if you have not received confirmation. See the Terms and Conditions for full details.

Do you have child seats available?

Child seats and booster seats are available on request, subject to availability, at £10.00 per seat per booking. Select the number at checkout and tell us each child’s age in the notes. The charge is included in the displayed total.

Online bookings are paid by credit or debit card through Stripe. Your total is shown before payment. Cash / Pay on Arrival is not available in the online checkout.

Do you operate 24 hours?

Yes, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year — including Christmas, New Year (Hogmanay), and all bank holidays.
